All payments to CO2Host have a 7 days money backup policy. This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as charge backs, in CO2Host’s valid discretion, under the terms and conditions of our SLA, AUP, and TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service.

1- Eligibility for Refund
1.1 Hosting Services: Our money-back guarantee applies only to hosting services purchased directly from CO2Host. This guarantee does not cover domain name registration fees, add-on services, or any fees related to third-party products or services.Â
1.2 Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days from the date of your initial purchase of hosting services. Refund requests received after this period will not be processed.
1.3 Initial Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your payment was made via a credit card or bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to the same account. Refunds for payments made through other methods may be subject to additional processing fees or alternative refund methods.
2- Exclusions from Refund
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
2.1 Domain Name Registration: Fees for domain name registration or renewal are non-refundable. Once a domain name is registered or renewed, it becomes your property for the duration of the registration term.
2.2 Add-on Services: Any fees paid for add-on services, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or additional storage, are non-refundable.
2.3 Violation of Terms of Service: If you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in any activities that breach our acceptable use policy, your hosting service will not be eligible for a refund.
2.4 Non-Hosting Issue: A refund will not be issued, if the issue is not related to the purchased hosting package as per the details mentioned on our website.
3-How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible timeframe, please follow these steps:
